1 cup green tea or distilled water

1/2 medium cucumber

1/2 small pear

half lemon or lime

1/2 cup ice

  1. Pre-freeze chopped cucumber and pear. Frozen ingredients create a thicker consistency to the raw green smoothie.

  2. Mix all ingredients (except ice cubes) in blender. Pulse for thirty seconds to two minutes.
