Blueberries provide many health benefits and a lot of nutrients. But have you tried it in your eggs? I have an egg suggestion for you to consider to try Morning, Noon, or Night.
Blueberry Radish Eggs

1 Small Shallot
2 - 3 Eggs
1 tsp Horseradish Spice
1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Get Crackin Peppercorn Spice
Wash the Blueberries under Cold Water. Dry with a paper towel, then slice each one in half; set aside.
In a Mixing Bowl, add in the two to three eggs (Egg Whites Only Optional);stir.
Peel, Slice and Dice the one small Shallot add into the Mixing Bowl and Stir.
Now add in the eight washed blueberries and Stir.
Stir in the one teaspoon of Horseradish Spice and one Tablespoon of Simply Organic Get Crackin Peppercorn Spice and Stir.
Now cook the eggs according to your liking. Such as; Fried-Over Easy, Fried-Over Hard, Fried-Over Medium, Scrambled, Sunnyside-Up, Egg Whites Only, or Omelette style. Cook and Enjoy!
