It is Saturday, July 17, 2021, in the evening where I am at right now. It has been an off-and-on rainy day, yet a not-so-bad-day; it is Saturday the weekend!
On a day like this, I sometimes have a cup of Hot CoCo, Hot Chocolate.
Hot Chocolate is something that has always been a part of my Family's Pantry. You most times can always find a box of Hot Chocolate. Whenever shopping at the Supermarket, my Dad would often add in Hot Dark Chocolate with Marshmallows. Dark Chocolate was his favorite Chocolate. Or, Hot Milk Chocolate for us to have from time to time.
My Dad taught me about what he called "Real Chocolate." I came to learn what I know about Chocolate from my Dad. He taught me how to look for the best Chocolate when shopping and how to add it to my Healthy eating. There is a specific Bar he ate because it was the best Chocolate and Natural. I do not eat every Chocolate item sold on the market.
However, I do make my selections, if any, when shopping. That selection when I can find it is Dark Chocolate. " Dark Chocolate With A High Cocoa Content Is Very Nutritious." " Dark Chocolate is a rich source of antioxidants and minerals (micronutrients). I often wait until I go by a Market, which is when I get to enjoy " Real Chocolate."
Since it is Saturday evening, I have a suggestion for you to consider trying. It is also a delicious and healthy Chocolate in a drink, Hot Beverage. It is made with Raw Caco Powder and a few healthy, beneficial Spices. - Nutrition Irene Jones
