Wednesday Morning Breakfast

This morning I made another FiberNourish Black Tea. You may consider trying. Cranberries: Dried Cranberries, not many for a slightly sweet taste and additional health benefits.

FiberNourish Cranberry Black Tea

Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Cranberries

1/2 Teaspoon of Sunflower Seeds

Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds (Unshelled)

just a few ( combine with dried Cranberries )

2 to 3 Cups of Lemon Tea

Black Tea Loose Leaf 1/2 Cup

2 - 3 Cups of Water

Raw Honey 1/2 Tablespoon

Two Fresh Fruit Lemons

Instructions:

  1. Pre - Heat Oven

  2. Make stovetop Lemon Tea (By Teabag, or use 20 Fl oz of Brisk Iced Tea Lemon)2 to 3 Cups.

  3. In a Stock Pot, Sauce Pan, or Soup Pot; Add in the 2 - 3 Cups of Water, Lemon Tea, Peel, and the Dried Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds and Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds and Add into the Pot and place into the Oven 250 degrees, Bake. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir.

  4. Remove Pot Stir, add the Fresh Fruit Lemon, and Stir.

  5. Place Pot back into the Oven to Bake for 5 minutes.

  6. In another Pot or Tea Mug or Tea Cup, pour into the Loose Leaf Black Tea, then add in the Hot Lemon Tea from the Oven. Stir.

  7. Stir in the Raw Honey 1/2 Tablespoon

  8. Now set aside to infuse for 15 minutes.

  9. Once Tea is set. Spoon in or Pour Tea into a drinking Mug, Cup or Bowl. Enjoy!
