I did not know until I did some research which mentioned: "it may promote gut health. " An article written by HealthLine says that Pears "the soluble and insoluble fiber" is essential for health.

This morning I made something you may consider trying.

I like to have Tea for breakfast sometimes. I made Hot Tea you may consider trying with a meal and even may add it to your Menu.


FiberNourish Black Tea

Ingredients:

2 to 3 Cups of Lemon Tea

Black Tea Loose Leaf 1/2 Cup

One to Two Fresh Fruit Pears

2 - 3 Cups of Water

Raw Honey 1/2 Tablespoon

Two Fresh Fruit Lemons

Instructions:

  1. Pre - Heat Oven

  2. Make stovetop Lemon Tea (By Teabag or use 20 Fl oz of Brisk Iced Tea Lemon)2 to 3 Cups.

  3. In a Stock Pot, Saucepan, or Soup Pot; Add in the 2 - 3 Cups of Water, Lemon Tea, Peel, and Slice the Pear and Add into the Pot and place into the Oven 250 degrees, Bake. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir.

  4. Remove Pot Stir, add the Fresh Fruit Lemon, and Stir.

  5. Place Pot back into the Oven to Bake for 5 minutes.

  6. In another Pot or Tea Mug or Teacup, pour into the Loose-Leaf Black Tea, then add in the Hot Lemon Tea from the Oven. Stir.

  7. Stir in the Raw Honey 1/2 Tablespoon

  8. Now set aside to infuse for 15 minutes.

  9. Once Tea is set. Spoon in or Pour Tea into a drinking Mug, Cup or Bowl. Enjoy!
