Afternoon Tea

I made another FiberNourish Tea. You may consider trying. This is a Fresh Fruit Tea made with Cranberries, Dried Cranberries and Fresh Fruit Lemons for nutrition and additional health benefits.


FiberNourish Cranberry Fresh Fruit Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Dried Cranberries

1/2 Cups Sunflower Seeds

1/8 Cup of Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds

5 - 6 Cups of Water

Raw Honey One Tablespoon

Two Fresh Fruit Lemons

Instructions:

  1. Pre - Heat Oven

  2. In a Stock Pot, Sauce Pan, or Soup Pot; Add in the 5-6 Cups of Water, Dried Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds, Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds into the Pot and place into the Oven 250 degrees (depending on your Oven). Bake. Bake for 15 minutes, 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Stir.

  3. Remove Pot Stir, add the Fresh Fruit Lemon, and Stir.

  4. Place Pot back into the Oven to Bake for 5 minutes.

  5. Then turn off the Oven and remove the Pot to the stovetop.

  6. Stir in the Raw Honey One Tablespoon

  7. Once Tea is set. Spoon in or Pour Tea into a drinking Mug, Cup or Bowl. Enjoy!
