Warm Cinnamon Cream By Irene Jones


2 Cinnamon Sticks

1 Anise Star

2 Cups of Hemp Seeds Milk

2 Cups of Butter Milk

2 Droplets of Nutmeg Essential Oil

Or, 1 tsp. of Ground Nutmeg


  1. In Belgique, Stainless Steel 3-Qt Soup Pot, add inside the 2 Cups of Hemp Seeds Non-Dairy Plant-Based Milk, turn on Low-Heat. Stir in the 2 Cups of Butter Milk, Stir.

  2. Put in the 2 Cinnamon Sticks, and Stir

  3. Now add in the one Anise Star, Stir.

  4. Let simmer for five to ten minutes, Stir.

  5. Turn off the Low-Heat, Stir

  6. Now remove the 2 Cinnamon Sticks.

  7. Stir in the 2 Droplets of Nutmeg Essential Oil

  8. Stir again

  9. Now get a Mug and Pour or Spoon in the Warn Morning and P.M. Enhancer. Enjoy!

  10. Enjoy, Morning or Evening.

  11. Note: Warm-up time Five Minutes on Low-Heat for what you do not drink and put into the Refrigerator.

  12. Note: If you cannot find or purchase the Nutmeg Essential Oil, Spoon and Stir in 1 tsp. Of Ground Nutmeg.
