Sweet Minty Coriander Vinegar

Fresh Mint Leaves 2 Leaves
Cumin Essential Oil 4 Droplets
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Bottle
Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp
3 1/3" Cork Glass Jar size in oz 1.5 oz size
First Roast the Coriander Seeds in a dry pan on both side until golden brown on medium - heat. Once seeds or roasted remove from heat. Set aside.
In the 3 1/3 Cork Glass Jar put in the Fresh Mint Leaves, spoon in the Coriander seeds, pour in the Apple Cider Vinegar to the top of the Cork Glass Jar.
Now add in the Four droplets of Cumin Essential Oil
Close the Glass Jar with the Cork and slightly shake the Jar for a few seconds
Then place the Glass Jar by a window or in a warm place for three to four weeks to infuse.
Once infused, strain the Vinegar into a Clean Glass Jar and seal tightly with a cork. Store in a cool dry place away from the sunlight. Use in cooking. The 1.5 oz (3 1/3" Cork Glass Jar makes about 2 Cups.
