Technique: A Blender
How To Make?
7 ounces soft (silken) tofu
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 Tablespoon heavy cream
Dark Chocolate cups
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients Except chocolate cups until well blended.
Place the mousse in a pastry bag and pipe into chocolate cups.
Refrigerate or serve immediately.
