One Way You Can Relax is with a Foot Soak.

Let me tell you about one I learned about which you may consider trying.

I want to go over it since it is Saturday, June 5, 2021; this morning is a time one Saturday morning or afternoon you may think about what I discussed with you here on Nutrition Nourishment, and you may add this Foot Soak into your Saturday to relax.

" To prepare a foot soak, combine herbs and boiling water in a basin and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Add some cool water to suit your comfort level, then soak your feet until the water cools".

How Do You Prepare a Foot Soak

Herbs: Passionflower

Lemon Balm

  1. Place a generous handful (approximately 1/2 cup) of herbs in a large washbasin.

  2. Pour in 2 Quarts (1.9 L) of boiling water.

  3. Let the herbs steep for 10 minutes, then add enough cold water to make the temperature comfortably hot.

  4. Soak your feet until the water is cool.

  5. Dry your feet and massage them with an herbal infused oil or body cream.

  6. Put on clean cotton stocks, and see how much better you feel. Tammi Hartung
