Avocado Smoothie

Plugin and Turn on Your Blender.

Slice in Half One Avocado (Peel each side)

Put one-half Avocado inside the Blender.

Then Pour inside the Blender Hot Water 1 Cup

Add two tablespoons of Apricot Kernel Powder

Now Blend all for 2-3 seconds

Then add 1 cup of ice cubes

Then Pour inside the Blender Hemp Seed Milk 1 Cup

Cut in Half One Kiwi Fruit (Peel each side)

Put 1/2 of one-half of Kiwi inside the Blender.

Now Blend all for 2-3 seconds

Pour into a Glass and Enjoy! Irene
