Here is a way for you to add Nutrition into your lifestyle.

Have a Vegetable Stir-Fry


Sauté Vegetables most times, and oil put into the cooking pan for cooking the vegetables. During my reading of books and learning more about better health choices. I have learned that you can not use oil if you want to include a better health beneficial choice when cooking vegetables as a stir-fry. Another way, if you do not want to cook with oil, you can stir-fry with Nobo Whole Fruit Herbal Tea. Combined with the stir-fry vegetables, it will give you antioxidants and give you another beneficial option when it comes to stir-fry.


What is Nobo Whole Fruits? Sweet Berries in a Tea Form. Nobo Whole Fruit Herbal Tea is a Loose Leaf Tea. You boil water, and in a mug, add One Teaspoon of the Herbal Tea and pour the water over the Loose Leaf Tea Leaves. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Add your vegetables to the cooking pan. Put the fire over medium heat pour in one cup of the Nobo Whole Fruit Herbal Tea. Cook the vegetables as you would a stir-fry add in a second cup of the Nobo Whole Fruit Herbal Tea. The Vegetables should be ready to plate.
