This powder has been known for many health benefits and for the high level of Antioxidants you can receive from adding it into your lifestyle. For example, yesterday morning, I made a hot cereal breakfast. Organic Oatmeal. You may want to consider giving this breakfast a try. Irene Jones Health Coach

Antioxidant Green Mixed Oatmeal Crunch

Organic Oatmeal 1 Cup

2 to 3 cups of Water

Nuts: Walnuts, Almonds,

1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Raisins

Organic Almond Drink 2 Cups

1 to 2 Tablespoons of Green Tea Powder

Milk (optional)


  1. Pre-Heat Oven for 5 minutes

  2. In a Flat Plan Stainless Steel [Vollrath, for example Stainless Steel Pan], pour in 2 to 3 cups of Water, stir in the Almond Drink, then add in the walnuts, almonds, and raisins, then the Organic Oatmeal, Stir

  3. Bake on 250 for 15 minutes to 20 minutes

  4. Then add in on top of the Oatmeal the Green Tea Powder, Stir in Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  5. Spoon into a bowl and add the Crunch Topping [Pour Over the top Almond Milk optional ]. Enjoy!

For the Topping:

2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread

  1. Bake in the Oven 250 to 350 for 15 minutes until it is like a hard toast. Depending on your Oven, it may need to be baked for longer.

  2. Remove from the Oven

  3. Take one slice and break it into pieces, then the other slice break into pieces. Depending on how much crunch you like, you may add a little or a lot.

  4. Add it to the Oatmeal for the Crunch topping. Enjoy!
