Bok Cumber Juice

Nutrition: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Calcium


Ingredients:

1 Cucumber

3 Stalks of Bok Choy

1 Kiwi Fruit

1 Green Pear


Directions:

Put each one through the juicer.

One by One, then

Stir it all together

Pour over a Glass or Cup of Ice
