It has been known Native American Indians used Black Cohosh for hearing problems years ago. When used, find results from Black Cohosh. However, today, it is primarily used for "hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. It's also been promoted for other conditions, including menstrual cramps and premenstrual syndrome."

Have you used Black Cohosh? If you have used Black Cohosh Root, did you drink it as tea? Did you find it to be helpful for what you used it for?

I came across this root during my studies. Let me know if you used this root before, and if you used it the old fashion way from years ago for a hearing problem, the individuals who use it from my studies find that it does wonders for hearing improvement. The individuals tried it, and they found that it did work and received the same results back when the Native American Indians tried the same method.
