Summer Time Healthy Beverage

Name: Fresh Ginger Apple Beverage

Make a Picher of Nutrients

Ingredients

Six Green Apples

One Fresh Ginger

Three Fresh Mint Leaves

Seven-Spiced Powder One Tbsp

Two to Three Cups of Cold Water

Organic Medjool Date Syrup One Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Juice 6 Green Apples, Juice the Apples

  2. In a Mixing Bowl, pour in the Fresh Apple Juice

  3. Mix in the One Tablespoon of Seven - Spiced Powder

  4. Peel cut and diced Ginger, Add 2 Tbsp into the Mixing Bowl

  5. Saucepan on low - heat pour in the mixture from the mixing bowl

  6. Add in two to three cups of Cold Water, Stir

  7. Add in Organic Medjool Date Syrup, One Tbsp of Date Syrup, Stir

  8. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

  9. Turn off heat, Set aside

  10. Pitcher, add in three Fresh Mint Leaves

  11. Add in four to six slices of Fresh Ginger

  12. Pour in the Mixture from the Saucepan

  13. Infused for three to four hours

  14. 8 oz Glass add ice cubes. Enjoy!
