How To Make Chrysanthemum Tea?

Chrysanthemum Herbal Tea

5 Liters Ingredients:

50 grams of dried chrysanthemum flowers

5 liters of water

20 grams of dried wolfberries

70 grams of rock sugar (or white/brown sugar)


Directions: 1. In a huge pot, bring water, dried chrysanthemum flowers, and wolfberries to a boil. 2. Simmer for a few minutes and add in rock sugar. Stir until dissolved, shut off the heat, and let it cool. (If you want, you can strain the flowers out later) 3. Serve warm or cold. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
