This Tuesday Morning Tea is Schisandra Berry Tea

This Berry can be made with the Whole Berries or with the Powder.

When using the Schisandra Berry Powder, one full teaspoon adds to water, one cup (Bottle) of cold water, dark juice, hot water, 3 cups of boiling water to one teaspoon of Fresh Whole Schisandra Berries, and infuse for 15 minutes before drinking.
