1 Cup of Skim Milk

4 Cups of Oolong Tea

2 Cups of Cold Water

2 Fresh Coriander Leaves

2 Cinnamon Stick

1 Cardamon Pod

1 Vanilla Bean, Grind

2 Whole Vanilla Beans


How To Grind a Vanilla Bean?

" Chop the vanilla bean into small pieces. Pour the chopped vanilla bean into a small skillet and toast over medium-low heat, constantly stirring until fragrant (this should only take a minute or two). Immediately transfer the toasted, chopped vanilla bean into your pestle and mortar/spice grinder/coffee grinder."

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a SaucePan, add in the two Fresh Coriander Leaves.

  2. Then Pour into the SaucePan the Two Cups of Cold Water

  3. Now Crush the One Cardamon Pod and add to the SaucePan.

  4. Put on Medium-Heat, Stir

  5. Add into the SaucePan the 1 Cup of Skim Milk, Simmer for Five Minutes, now turn to Low-Heat and continue to simmer.

  6. In another Pot Boil, Four Cups of Water, add in Eight Oolong Tea Bags, and Simmer on Medium Heat for Five Minutes; once done, Turn off Heat, Remove the Tea Bags, and Set aside.

  7. Now add in the Two Whole Vanilla Beans, Stir, and continue to simmer on Low-Heat; stir again and continue to simmer.

  8. Now, in a Small SkilletToast and Grind the One Vanilla Bean

  9. Add in the Two Cinnamon Stick, and Grind Vanilla Bean into the SaucePan, Stir and Pour in the Oolong Tea from the Pot, Stir again.

  10. Simmer on Low-Heat for an additional 20 minutes

  11. Once done, turn off the Low-Heat, Stir, Pour into a Mug. Enjoy!
